1. Aunt Carole reached out to others all the time. She called. She drove. She cooked. She visited. She invited. She encouraged. She pushed. She listened. She comforted. She laughed. She loved.

2. Aunt Carole's home was fun to be in when I was growing up. Hearing stories. Eating homemade bread. Picking raspberries. Playing in the hall closet and attic. Organizing shelves. Learning about elbow grease. 

3. Aunt Carole loved Uncle Norman, and Uncle Norman loved Aunt Carole.
